Our dedication to customer service and continued improvement in ultra-modern machining technology delivers maximized efficiency. This enables its customers to succeed in the demanding industry of manufacturing.

Precision Machining Solutions

At WEMCO we treat every machining project not as an individual part, but as a critical piece of DNA needed to complete a complex assembly. Our success is always gauged not only by holding tight tolerances on parts but also in customer loyalty and satisfaction. Our unique, engineering based approach identifies potential efficiency early on in the machining process and allows us to provide more value to our customers by producing parts more accurately and at a higher production rate than other shops. Our highly experienced and skilled machinists are given the freedom and responsibility to program and set up all of their own projects meaning that one person is responsible for completing the finished product and delivering it to the QA department. We find that by giving each machinist the ability to grow his skill and experience level on each product means they give WEMCO customers a higher level of quality and get a larger satisfaction out of their job.

We have more than 70 years of combined experience in precision machining of castings, weldments, aluminum and steel billets as well as numerous types of difficult metals like stainless steel, titanium, superduplex, Nitronic 60, and Inconel 718 / 625 / 600 and Incoloy 825.

We are one of the few companies on the west coast that specializes in large part precision machining capable of machining parts 12’ wide by 38’ long and 8’ tall weighing up to 160,000 lbs. We operate more than 20 machine tools in our new 85,000 sqft complex located in Spokane, Washington, USA. The machines include 4 and 5 axis capabilities. We also offer a variety of other supporting capabilities:
