XPD-1 Switch Gate Bottom Dump Trailer

The XPD-1 has a capacity of 610 cu. ft. and 22.6 cu. yds. water level. The XPD-1 weighs 16,200 lbs. with the spring suspension and 3 axle configuration. The trailer has a width of 8'-6" and a load height of only 9'-9". The cross spread or windrow gate position can be easily changed by removing four pins and two airlines.

It has a movable kingpin setting to allow for short turning radius (off road kingpin will set back an additional 66") as well as a special 5th wheel with thrust and load bearings built in to allow for less trailer stress and faster serviceability. The movable suspension system found on the XPD-1 allows for maximum payload and short-turning radius off road. This model contains a cab and curb gate control, with a gate linkage system allowing for those steep unloading positions.

The gate hopper as wells as the hopper sloped ends are abrasion-resistant steel and the rolled hopper corners allow for better clean out. This trailer rides on a heavy-duty hutch three axle spring suspension and 11 x 24.5" radial tires with stainless steel wheels. The XPD-1 is stopped by 16.5 x 7" brakes with outboard drums for easy service and replacement.

WEMCO Lead and Pup Trailer

The lead and pup trailers have the capacity of 610 cu. ft. and 22.6 cu. yds. water level. The width of the train is 8'-6" and a load height of only 9'-9". You can switch the gate from cross spread to windrow by removing four pins and two airlines. The train's gate and linkage system allows for the steepest unloading positions. It contains a cab and curb gate control, as well as tubular steel air manifolds. The rolled hopper corners allow for better clean out, and the gate hopper, along with the hopper sloped ends, are made with abrasion-resistant steel. The breaking system consists of 16.5" x 7" brakes, with outboard drums for easy service and replacement. It is all riding on 11" x 24.5" radial tires and steel wheels.

The lead trailer has a weight of approximately 12,900 lbs. With the tandem axle spring suspension. This trailer also contains a WEMCO removable tilting kingpin assembly with thrust and load bearings built in. This allows for less stress and faster serviceability.

The pup trailers weight is approximately 16,200 lbs. With the single axle spring suspension in front and tandem axle spring suspension in the rear. This pup trailer is also set up with a pivoting draw bar assembly.
