Complex Assembly Services
Our assembly staff consists of skilled professionals that build, wire, program, and install overhead cranes and equipment of all types. With a large assembly facility, equipment can be fully or partially assembled in our shop and carefully shipped for expedited installation.
WEMCO has the ability to perform complex assembly of parts and equipment weighing up to 200 TONS.
With over 30 years of design and manufacturing experience, our staff has the ability to perform complex mechanical, electrical and automation assembly. In our facility, cross-functional teams made up of assemblers, machinists, mechanics, and project managers make sure machined parts and purchased components flow into assembly when needed. They perform all necessary testing and verification to ensure that each piece of equipment will work in the intended application.
