MEASUREMENT SERVICES

IN-PROCESS INSPECTION, FINAL INSPECTION, REVERSE ENGINEERING, LASER LEVELING, LASER ALIGNMENT, JOBSITE MEASUREMENTS, 3RD PARTY INSPECTION, SOFTWARE TRAINING, ADVANCED INSPECTION TRAINING

Many manufacturers perform final inspections on their machined parts, but we take it to the next level. We utilize cutting edge CMM technology on a daily basis to provide real-time 3-dimensional measurement information during each stage of manufacturing. The quality inspectors work closely with the welders and machinists to perform in-process inspections during fit-up for fabrication and during the machining inspections. This allows us to provide the most accurate fabrication and machine work in the industry while drastically reducing our rework and scrap rates.

Romer Absolute Arm

This portable CMM is great for in-process and final inspections. The use of a magnetic base or rolling stand means quick and easy setup in any environment. With 9.8 feet of measurement range, most parts can be checked without relocating the device.

Mitutoyo Crysta-Apex S

The CRYSTA-Apex is a high accuracy CNC CMM that guarantees a maximum permissible error of 2.6 microns. This allows us to check parts with a tolerance of less than one-thousandth of an inch. The measurement range is 47″x78″x39″ and it can hold up to 5,500lbs.

Leica AT402 Laser Tracker

The AT402 laser tracker has a 360-degree rotating head that can take measurements up to 40 meters away. It can be used to check almost anything. From the surface profile of contoured parts to crane rail alignment in the field, the AT402 is our most versatile precision measurement device.
